Thanut is the Company’s Founder and Managing Director. He started working in auditing field at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Thailand office in 2007. Then, He was also granted by Australian Government a scholarship to study a Master of Professional Accounting at the University of Melbourne, Australia, giving him an opportunity to explore the first-hand practice of international accounting standards and auditing standards. After that he became an Audit Partner at McMillan Woods (Thailand) Limited. This gave him a lot of SMEs’ insight knowledge and needs as well as tax issues. He was a key to help client on accounting standards transformation to be IFRS. He understands that coping with these complex account standards is not an easy task and it will take a lot of times and resources to input into this to survive the new rules and requirements.

He has involved as a team leader for various professional audit assignments in a wide range of industries including telecommunication, manufacturing, tourism, hospitality services and entertainment business. He was involved in numerous statutory compliance audits of both listed and non-listed companies. He has extensive experience of statutory audit of IFRS financial statements regarding to International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and also the compliance of Thai Accounting Standard. Analytical skill is one of his expertise that he uses in risk-based planning and completing the audit engagements. He also provides suggestions on increasing internal controls efficiency and offer bottom-line oriented solutions as well as Thai taxation, BOI regulations and management accounting issues.

After he has obtained both international knowledges and local insight, he established the Bangkok Consulting Club Co., Ltd., which later on changing the name to SakCess Consulting Co., Ltd., to assist the clients who planned to expand its their sizes and be able to be listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of Thailand and is also a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions.

He graduated from Thammasart University, Faculty of Accounting, in 2007 (fast track course) with a first-class honor and gold medal awards (top score) in accounting. He also completed a 1.5 years scholarship program, fully support by Australia Government, at the the University of Melbourne, Australia with a dean honor awards.

He is Thai native speaker and fluent in English.
